When you start a layout, where do you start? Photos? Journaling? Kit? Template? Would it stretch you "out of your comfort zone" to start with something else than your routine? Try it!

I allowed myself to get so wrapped up in our stay in Arizona I never seemed to find time to do my lessons. Much to my dismay I found the days had past until I only had 2 days to do 5 lessons!!!!!!
I set down at my laptop and told my family I was not to be disturbed till I came out of the office. I only got up to pour coffee and use the restroom, my wife did bring me some sandwiches (I am so lucky to have her).

What is the main tool for inspiration for you? Do you have magazines, websites or books. If it's a website... Please share a link.
For me, I try to be inspired by just keeping up with my own layouts. I put my photos on the page and start moving them around and if I get stuck, I go hit a gallery somewhere and look for just the smallest thing to get me unstuck. I don't consider what I do scraplifting because most often it is the silliest small thing on a layout that gets me going
