It turns out that Hubby's break was worse than we thought! The bones are overlapping and would take way too long to heal. The orthopedist strongly suggested surgery which we are doing tomorrow. It is out patient and only an hour long and then recovery room. Hubby should be pain free after that. Let's hope and pray!
On Monday, Hubby fell down a steep hill at the golf practice range and landed on concrete on his shoulder, broke his collar bone, is in big pain whenever he moves and is still here with me in CA. I didn't want him to leave me but I didn't want him to be in this condition!! We spent hours and hours in the emergency room Monday night! Didn't get back until midnight--Belle must have thought we abandoned her! So he is sleeping on one of the new electric reclining chairs I bought and he spends
I've been away from HW and blogging here again! Hubby has been keeping me busy by sharing the car and going places while he is here. I'm putting the blame on him!!! He leaves next Tuesday and I'm already missing him. It's funny that I didn't miss him when I was here for the month of Jan. by myself (and with Belle), but now that he's been here with me and we've been having walks and meals together, I'm going to really feel alone when he goes home. BUT, not so alone that I will leave with him!
What is the one thing you struggle most with on layouts?
If you read someone else's struggle and can help them, please do leave them a comment.

Thirty-four years ago, on Feb. 7th at 2:00 a.m., I delivered my third son in the midst of the blizzard of '78 . It was the worst storm we ever had in MA and the state was closed down for about a week with the National Guard called in to help out. I was taken to a nearby hospital by the fire dept. at 2:00a.m. and instead of a 10 min. drive it took them 45 min. to get there. The doctors and nurses were so awful because they were angry that they couldn't get home. It was a terrible ordeal for me
