Ok, I guess it's going to take three parts. Here's the last: Speaking of your grandson, how old is he? My newest grandson is 5 months now and he is such fun. Love being a grandma. I also have another aged 12 and a granddaughter aged 10. Have you tried Hummie's templates? I was so stuck a few weeks ago I just couldn't get any layouts done. I tried the templates and it got me going. Now there's no stopping me, lol. Take care and let me know what you are up to
Had to post in two parts. It said my message was too long, lol. Here's the rest: I am thinking about getting PSE 10 because my daughter wants PSE and I could just give her my PSE 9. Well, thinking about it anyways. I have been photographing a lot of things outside, too. I don't have a yard but there are so many parks I really don't mind. I'm saving them up for the gardening challenges. I think that one will open up again in October. Why so late, I don't know, lol, but when it does I'll be ready with lots of photos I am well, just pretty exhausted and so not at top speed, which is pretty slow at best.
Hi Geri, I'm glad to see you're back. If you ever do finish your green page you should post it. Most things here are there to participate in as you can. I have posted several things, in the photo themes I think, way beyond when they were first opened. It's all there for fun.
I've run into a snag that isn't the program's fault. I've not been scrapping much. My last project was the start of the green page but never got it finished! I've plenty of ggrandson photos now, fairly decent ones and I have plenty quick pages and kits, I even have it worked out in my head how to do certain things. Just can't get going on it. PSE10 is at a lower price now and in some areas I see it as a gift go-along. I am sure I will love it. I have a lot of lines to erase with it! I have been taking pictures of flowers and weeds in my yard and I am sure it will make cut-outs easier. Hope you enjoyed the iNSD Train. How are you doing?
Hi Geri...Looks like I never replied the last time you wrote. I'm sorry about the difficult times losing your husband. He must have been very special. I haven't seen you around much. Hope you are well and I hope you "visit" more. I'd love to hear from you and see what you've been working on. How's it coming learning PSE 10. I am wondering if I should upgrade from 9. I haven't heard if there is all that much difference. Oh, well, still learning the one I've got
You have a nice smile. Thanks for the friend. I catch on to things then if I don't use it everyday I loose it. The classes I was in were by Debra at GoDigital. You look like you do well with your pages. I am still working on my green page! Had a storm come thru that dumped lots of rain then a little snow with wind. That doesn't help me any. All of me went down hill after my hubby died 10 years ago. I'd taken care of him at home until the last 8 months and then I visited every day. I don't recommend that for anyone! It made me a recluse and also notice how much it cost just to go outside the house. I love looking for eggs though. (freebies in scrapping). Oops! saw where I wrote pse11 that last msg. I think that is a bit ahead of time.
Kimm, thanks. I can take little bits of info at a time and get it... brain fog from fibro. I messed up on my two beginning classes. I think a terminology thing stopped me and I couldn't seem to get over it and continue. I do have the printed lessons.
