[Mama] follows us around
hoping we'll sneeze
So she can have the tissue
"For my scrapbook please."
~Toni Sorenson Brown, "She's Out of Control"

*******
This poem is funny, isn't it? Why? Because we can identify! So, share what you have stalked your children/relatives/friends/other scrapbook victims for.

We know you've got a story to tell!

I pick up tickets, drawings, photos, certificates, just anything I can get my hands on! I don't do any paper scrapping right now. But I'm saving it for when I have time for it!

I scrapbook the every day and the "highlights". So, yeah, my camera is always with me. Guess I'm an all-day, everyday stalker. LOL

I stalk every napkin from birthday parties, every program from events etc etc etc. Anything I can get my hands on. Of course then, I have to scan them into the computer. I have a stack here waiting for me.

The people I scrap live far away, so I stalk Facebook for the kids photos. Put them together in a book for each family. I get the fun if digiscrap ping Nd they actually get to keep pics in a memory form. No Christmas shopping and the book always fits. Lol

Unfortunately my camera isn't always ready for action so I have been known to demand an 'action replay' if I think I've missed a good shot. For one particular lo that I had it in my head I wanted to do I needed a photo of my dh asleep in a certain pose. It took me about a week of trying to wake before him to get the shot I wanted - thats sad lol

I am wheelchair/walker bound, so I strap my camera around the handles and I am able to catch photos on the sly of my grandkids or whoever is not paying attention to what I am doing and I am able to get some great shots amid all the "grandma what are you doing please don't take my picture, etc. etc." They call me the sneaky papparatzzi

Lol, ccynden! Talk about taking full advantage of the situation. I think you have taken the best of both worlds

I stalk close ups of plants, say my children, but I sneak pics of them taking pictures, lol. I'll take photos of them doing anything at all. There are plenty of complaints, with a chuckle of course, and I enjoy every minute of it.

I'm always taking photos of the kids I babysit. Not so much lately though. I have plenty of scrapping material with just their photos, but I'm trying to get into more "everyday" pages, so that I don't have to censor so much! I always have to censor their faces for privacy.
