I decided since I had to quit the gym that I was going to try to just do exercise in my living room! I found some Youtube videos to exercise too and we set up the iPad in front of the tv and exercised from it. I can get YouTube on our big screen tv through Tivo, but for some reason it doesn't work with playlists ... only favorited I think....it says I don't have playlists when I do! I have to go back and favorite some I guess to be able to use our tv. I blogged about what I did yesterday... maybe you can tell me if you can make it through this video? http://blog.hummiesworld.com/2012/01...attempt-1.html 0 Thanks, 0 Likes, 0 Dislikes, 0 Credits

I just did this 19 minute video without the impact (no jumping) and I'm sweating up a storm! Wow! ... I need to exercise every day to feel better. I need to make it a part of my daily routine badly. I'm SO out of shape. 0 Thanks, 0 Likes, 0 Dislikes, 0 Credits
Great thread...easing my way back into exercise after some past injuries. Good to have some easy de-stress videos to calm the mind and body and get ready for fat blasting ones. I really like Tai Chi for calming and circulation. This YouTube video is a good one. Sitting in front of a computer for hours sure makes you stiff and tight in your hips. I like this yoga series for hip opening poses. Don't forget your hands...prevent carpel tunnel by doing some stretches. For easing back into exercise a good low impact video. For higher impact the Zumba dance videos are fun. This one is not too difficult after a few times. 0 Thanks, 0 Likes, 0 Dislikes, 0 Credits

http://youtu.be/J5zhkNrfXbg Came across this video on YouTube this morning when I was looking for some new low impact aerobics workouts. From US Army's Family and MWR YouTube Channel. Trying this one tomorrow...not loving the muffin top around my middle! http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list...7&feature=plcp Here's another possibility: http://youtu.be/PwnA8vJ8enQ ... not sure if my knees can take the army workout!! 0 Thanks, 0 Likes, 0 Dislikes, 0 Credits
