I haven't the slightest idea ... would have to wait to see if it happens again to someone and then get screen shots! I cannot imagine!

I would encourage Cindy to clean her cache/cookies and log back in and try again. It could just be the DNS catching up to where she lives ... it sometimes takes up to 48 hours they say for the switches to reach around the world.
