Good Morning!
Hi Everyone!
I am a mom to three adult children, two of which are getting married this year, David in March and Ryan in August, I am excited to be getting two new daughter in laws!Amanda
is our oldest she is single and lives in her own home.
I am a stay at home mom who enjoys taking care of our family, scrapebooking, making cards with photographs that I take, and quilting. I am a Moms In Touch mom, (mothers who gather once a week for an hour to pray for our children.)
I would like to learn how to make quick pages and how to post them ...I love to learn. any ideas on how to make them would be appreciated!Thank you for inviting me to be a part of your forum, I am looking forward to getting to know you Blessings!

Pam, my oldest son was just married this weekend and so I just got my first daughter-in-law! It's so fun! We have something in common!
I did Moms in Touch when my boys were younger too--loved that program a bunch and miss it.
Let me clarify your questions -- you want to make quick pages and share them -- what do you want to make them from? You cannot make them from kits you purchase and upload them for others to download unless you have the designers permission.
Or do you mean you want to make scrapbook pages and upload them to the gallery and share them?
We have a designer color challenge here where everyone who posts agrees to allow others to make quick pages to share with their designs - - as long as they are shared in the thread here.~Hummie

I am excited to know that we have somethings in common!!! Today my mother and I are hemming Katrina's wedding dress! very special to be able to work on her special dress with my mother!
Moms In Touch is very special to me, i have been involved since Amanda was in the 4th grade, she is now 27 years old! My mom is in the group that I pray with on Mondays for adult children (collage age) along with handicapped children. My mother took the place of my sister in law praying for thier five children when Mary passed away suddenly 12 years ago today. Very special that my mom has been able to pray for thier children and now lives with my brother, Gary,( his son Nathan has CP and lives in a home about 2 miles from them) my dad passed away in August. God's plans are so differnent than we could possible imagine but He makes all things beautiful in His Time...like placing us close by so we are able to help raise his children...
I have a designers permission to upload Quick pages of her work and give them away to advertise for her kits...as of now I design pages for her...and I am learning but I would love to be able to learn so much more to be able to sell things, kits in a store to make money.. I am trying to learn how to better design my cards to sell them.
I need to earn money, however with my health issues to get a job out of the home is not going to work. I would like to help earn money with the gifts that God has blessed me with
I am willing to learn, just have not figured out how to do some things...
I am sharing a lot...do not know if I should but now you know more about me and what I am looking for
Your site offers so much I am thankful I found it!
Thank you for your help!

If you are doing quick pages to advertise for a designer, then you can do so in the advertising section of the forum. There is a thread for "freebie advertising" there.

Many people try to make money in this business by designing and selling and the majority of them find out they make very little money and most end of quitting. I've been watching this happen now for many years. That doesn't mean you won't have success, but I just want you to be prepared. Designing is very time consuming and the time put into it does not equal the sales at all.
It sounds like you are very blessed to have family close by -- I'm even a bit jealous of the closeness of your family.
I'm glad you found us too and I look forward to you joining some of the challenges here and seeing your layouts.~Hummie

Welcome to the wonderful world of digi! I just finished my DD+SIL wedding book. I share your excitement. I'm still, trying to figure out how to share it 'safely'.
Along with Hummie and others at this site, I am happy to assist if I can achieve your goals.
