Hello ladies,

I've just joined Hummie's World thanks to my friend Tammy from Bunchies Bin

- for my layouts using her products.

HELP where do I begin here ?

I would love to be able to design - how do I join up to a Design Class ?

I have been Scrapbooking for 9 yrs

& I was hybid & digital scrapbooking ~ really I have bee only digital scrapbooking since 2008 so I'm 3 yrs old in the Digi-World!

I live at home with my Mother... I tragically lost my Father in a work accident in 2001 & we miss him dearly...

Hope to start meeting you all & uploading layouts to the gallery soon

Hi there and welcome to Hummie's World!!

To sign up for a class, first you will need to be a subscriber, which is a nominal fee of 5.50 per month. You can read how to subscribe by clicking the subscribe tab at the very top of the page. Once you become a subscriber, all of the forum will be opened up to you, and you can see all the lessons and videos.

There won't be any open enrollment for classes in August because Hummie is going to be on a much needed vacation, but you are welcome to do any lesson in the forum at any time.

You can view the classes that will be open in September by clicking on class sign up on the blue bar at the top of the forum.

As per the sign up for a class link, the next class normally would start in August, but because Hummie is taking a much needed vacation, the class won't start until October... however, as always, you're welcome to do any lessons at any time. You can see the class guides online by clicking on tutorials at the top, then on the left pane, scroll down to the class guides section, select the class, and you can see the lessons in the order that they are done in the class, so that you can work at your own pace.

Tammy is a wonderful person and I met her in St. Louis and she was there to pray with her when I was having a melt down when my laptop wouldn't come on!

I saw your question in the chatbox. The challenges for non-subscribers are in the special events area of the forum and are usually linked in the sidebar of the forum under "special happenings." We do not have a whole lot for non-subscribers any more, but try to do something fun each month. This time we are combining two months though as I'm taking a vacation and preparing for a new photography class.

What else are you needing to find?

Hummie thanks for your comment but I can't find the challenges in the sidebar under "special happenings" - can you post the link where I can find them please ?

I am thinking of subscribing when you get back from your long awaited holiday so I can join in on your Design Classes
