Wow, your kitchen is gorgeous! I don't think I've ever seen such a pretty one! I don't have a kitchen so I'll wait till I get to work and take a photo of that kitchen.

Ah! I just blogged this, then realized you put "as is!" ooops! lol
Yours is so clean as is!
Great idea and sorry I'm late on getting it up... I was 4 days behind in the forum and just now got to it!
Bernie caught it for the newsletter though.
Participation has been low last few weeks and I hope it picks up again, I was having fun with this!~Hummie

Such lovely and clean kitchens. Mine suffers from my tendency to procrastinate, lol.
Keep the themes coming. I have been too busy and scatterbrained to keep up with anything lately. Hoping ADSR doesn't get in the way of all the great stuff going on here. Guess I did post a collection that week.

Here is my kitchen. It is usually messy like this. I just loaded a full-load of dishes (see the yellow gloves on the left?) and hand cleaned a few things that are too large to fit in the dishwasher or can't go in there so they are sitting on the counter and stove top to dry. The crockpot is out because I'm making Picante beef with garlic and tomatoes. Husband and my oldest daughter loves it.

Here's my kitchen. I think the layout is very similar to Hummie's. My counters are always full of "stuff" as there's never enough space to store things. Can you see my digi-made calendar hanging on one of the cabinets? I should explain that the hot pink counters were there when we bought the house and we just never replaced them. The color kind of grows on you and it's very cheery and actually in very good condition. If I hit the lottery then we'll upgrade! One more thing--the roses are my Mom's Day gift from Belle! She beat the rush!!

Lee said it best...LOVE my crockpot its always out and its HUGE! WHOOT! I wanted the biggest one I could find. Sometime too big...lately I just want to cook something small like half a batch of queso dip, hubby wanted to buy one of those mini crockpots and I couldn't think of where to store it or place it, so I put a pyrex bowl in a water bath in the gee-gantic one and it made it without any burnt crusties on the edges...don't you hate that? Anywho, here is my wee kitchen, which I LOVE. Really can cook up a storm in there. Jack and I are learning to cook together he zigs and I zag...marvelous! Never knew how HUGE the refrigerator looked until I snapped a picture. HOOT! The part I am most proud of is the floor which Jack Hubby put down by hand and created the design for. I did the dinning room he did the kitchen. I love that floor! Thanks Jack!

Happy Sunday!

We have a small crockpot too, but it's in the cabinet and we never use it. We tend to just use the stove or microwave for small things ... hmmm...
Yes, I hate cleaning the crusty stuff!
Love your floor too... I could have that all throughout the house.~Hummie

I love that floor, too! Great design and I'll bet it never shows the dirt! Nice to have all the hanging pots and pans, too. I'd do that too but my Hubby is NOT handy at all!! Does yours make house calls????

Hey Sweetie!
That pot rack was a breeze to make...I made it myself. So easy. I bought 2 garden hangers,

a length of copper pipe, some fancy finals to go on both ends. Finding the studs was easy too since it was around a window. Screwed the two garden hangers on each side of the window, the pipe fit easily into the hooks on the hangers. Done. I also bought some copper hanging hooks. Now Jack was needed to bend the S hook shape around the pipe so when I grabbed a pot the hook didn't come too.

This hose holder would also make a great but small pot rack for tiny spaces.

No pipe needed just a few S hooks and all done.
XOXOXO
Jodiann
