A bit more about what I am looking for...

All I truly ask for is 1 layout from each kit that you CHOOSE to work with...yes, you get to choose...and upload those to 3 galleries (specifics will be stated in the CT agreement). I do my best to give about a week for layouts to be completed before a kit goes live to the public. I DO need people who can regularly chime into the CT forum. Everything else is optional....if you choose to carry your CT duties farther than the layout requirement, that is entirely up to you.

I try to release a kit each week to every other week. I would prefer team members who can work with at least 2 kits a month. If you can work with all of them, even better!

I like to keep a wide variety of scrapping styles on my team...it shows the versatility of my kits. So please don't be afraid to apply!

I DO have a stipulation that NO stock photos be used and this is not an option. If I suspect that you have used a stock photo, I will simply not use your layout and repeated use of stock may result in removal from the team. I simply prefer it when I can see real life with everyday photos being scrapped with my kits.

I design a variety of kit styles, so I need people who are prepared to branch out of their comfort zones on occasion and go on grand scrapping adventures with me.

After all of that, I really am looking for people who are warm, friendly, chatty, who WANT to get to know their designer, and who LOVE to scrap!

This call ends October 7th and new team members will start October 15th. All applicants will receive a response by October 7th.
