yup, I think I used it once, as that's all that's grabbed me, LOL!!
basically you buy a voucher from them for whatever the deal is, and then go to the store concerned and use that voucher...eg. you pay them $5 for a voucher for $10 worth of stash from the designer.

Yup, CU with credit is OK. That's why I was tempted, but then wondered if I'd use it, LOL!! I did want a little fish shape, LOL, but am sure when I get more proficient with my pen tablet I can draw one myself, LOL! decisions, decisions, LOL!!!! x
