Howdy y'all from East Texas!
Hi, my name is SugarlipsKellie, and I live in East Texas with my wonderful hubby, 3 gorgeous daughters, 2 really old fat cats, and a dog who doesn't know that she's a dog and just thinks she is one of my other spoiled kids!
I have been digi-scrappin' for about 9 years now, tho I haven't had as much time here lately to play & create as I used to. So my scrapping mojo is way down, along with my skills.
I stumbled across one of your video tutorials just a little while ago on The Daily Digi about putting shadows on its own layer & warping them and loved it! It was very easy to follow, and I can't believe that after 8 years I still didn't know how to do that. Sadly, I'm kinda Old School digi (you should see some of the kits that I designed & sold back then-YUCK!! I'm embarrassed to even look at them now! Of course that store closed like 5 years ago anyways!)
Like I said, I've been out of sorts kinda with scrapping for awhile now. But anyways, I had to come look you up and see what else you could teach me. I've followed you in the past (years ago!) in groups & forums and I know you've been around the digi community for probably longer than I have. But I'm excited to be here and can't wait to learn some new tricks and maybe make a few friends!

Wow! How cool! I'm glad that the video helped you. I always say that what keeps me addicted to this great hobby is that there is always something new to learn.
You should seriously try to get your mojo back again! You need to preserve your memories.
I wonder if I would remember you.
My digi birthday is May 31, 2005 ... hey, just realized it's in two days!
That makes me 7 digi years old!
You said you did it for 9 years.... that would put you near the beginning with those who scrapped ... like with SBB which was the first site?
I know what you mean about the old designs... I try to tell people trying to design now that their designs are "old school" and there is no words to describe what I think.~Hummie

I am excited to see all these East Texas Girls here! It's Awesome!
Sometimes I wonder what I do everything for too. Mom stuff and wife stuff I do out of love for them, but then somewhere in there I have to do stuff for me, because I just need that...but I often think I should cut back on some of my me stuff...lol But then the days go by so slow. I like to be busy, but not necessarily stressed...lol
I see that Dawn is going to visit you in a couple months! And that new grandma count down is too cute! I guess me and hubby need one of those...his dd is due June 15th and his son's fiancee is due at the end of December...woohooo! That makes 4! lolHugs~

We are! Amanda is supposed to be having a girl. The first two are boys...and they are a BLAST! But I am looking forward to having an excuse to sew some ruffles and make some bows again! :D I miss that!
The first one is my dd's baby boy and OMG is he rotten! Mimi and Pawpaw have done our very best to make him rotten and he is soooooo cute! I took him yesterday to the store to get him a birthday present and that was an ADVENTURE! lol Love him to pieces!
Hugs~
