These are for commercial use and personal use. They make creating dot papers easy! Just put the overlay over a bottom layer, fill circles or recolor, and add your blended texture file on top. Yes, these may be simple to make, but these are a huge time saver from making your own and a quick go to grab in your stash.

I plan on making a wide variety of these, so check back in this thread for more previews.
