Hello Hummie,
Glad to be here. Thank you again for allowing me to be apart of what promises to be a fun and great learning experience. Rosamond is the city right outside of Edwards AFB. I'm close to Lancaster, CA. I have a relatives who live in Temecula. The moniker "galvet" is because I'm a female veteran. I served in the U.S. Army. The son that I had while in the Army is presently serving in the U.S. Air Force. I'm glad to be onboard here.

Oh, I had never heard that term before.

My son graduated from boot camp earlier this year and is in the National Guard, but he's home going back to school. He says he wants to become an officer.
