oh you HAVE to take photos, and then every 10 lbs, even if you never share them online - you NEED to compare them every 10 lbs..... when you are discouraged, you can look at them and "see" the difference. It is so encouraging me.....
I will take them every few weeks or so, since I will probably gain more muscle and not see the lbs go down as quickly - since muscle weighs more than fat....

you can start today! Make sure you where something tight.... then I like to wear the same clothes every time I take the photos - then I can really tell the differences.... ooh I wore the wrong shorts above, not tight enough..... LOLLori
