I hate hats. My head is small and everybody laughs at me when I wear one. The hat I am wearing in my Avatar is a boys' rain hat I bought to wear in Alaska in the rain. We got very little rain, but it served well as a sun hat.

I used to post all my layouts to the old Digital Design Den before they closed. When they reopened all my layouts were gone.

I don't wear hats so I changed my avatar to a photo of my Mum taken at her wedding in 1945.

It was very spotty so I tweeked it a bit but it is still a bit blurry round the chin area.

She was really gorgeous, wasn't she?

Yes, I have copies of all my layouts in .psp, 12 x 12 jpg and small web size. I just meant that the gallery lost all my layouts.

Here is my duck hat for rainy days (like Bernie, I have no hats, real or otherwise until now).

My avatar may need explanation::

I saw Chris's avatar photo of her mother in her hat, which reminded me of my mother, which made me remember that my mother used to order and make hat kits with quail feathers. That caused me to wish I had one of her hats, or better yet a photo of one, which made me think of my photo of this duck. Hence my duck hat.

That is some story and excuse me if I cannot follow it at all, but I like your Hat!
