Quality Standards
High quality digital images are important to us. These images are available only via download in .zip files. All files are created at 300 ppi, with careful attention to gamut, to ensure high quality prints.
Download links will be emailed to you upon processing of the order. We do not ship products. The file size of these products may not be suitable for dial-up or slow internet connections. Downloads will be in a .zip format.
We accept payment through Paypal.
All sales are final. No refunds will be given on downloadable products for any reason, including the inability to download the product, unzip the file, or that you do not like the product after downloading. We will strive to rectify any problem as quickly as possible, using all possible resolutions within our means.
It is customer responsibility to ensure that the product is compatible with their graphics program.
We strive to provide efficient customer service. If for any reason there is a problem with your order or download, do not hesitate to click on the "contact us" link in the sidebar on the left side of the page.
The products are copyright protected by the artists who created them. The site graphics are copyright of Hummie's World. By downloading these products you are agreeing to a "terms of use" for each product. This license is specific to the product you have downloaded and the designer who created the product. Please review the Terms of Use file which is downloaded with the product, as well as the Terms of Use for the individual designer as found on the sidebar on the left of the site.
You will have 10 days to download your products via the links which are e-mailed to you.
Please maintain a backup of your purchases and downloads. We are not responsible for lost files. We do not maintain products indefinitely. As a courtesy, we may at our discretion reset download links in the event of an unforeseen cirsumstance such as hard drive failure. At our discretion, especially for larger re-downloads or those requested long after purchase, we may charge a fee.
In order to purchase products, you will create a username and password. Each user may only have one member name and the username must be unique, but acceptable to administration. Anonymous accounts are prohibited and may be removed. You agree that the administrators have the right to remove or ban any customer for violating any terms of use, such as redistributing digital products, or misuse, such as canceling orders or requesting redownloads repeatedly without good cause. You agree that administrators may refuse service or remove an account to anyone at anytime without notice or cause.
You agree to provide your state or country upon registration in order that administration is enabled to pay sales tax as required by Missouri law. At this time, sales tax will not be added to the product cost, but absorbed by administration through sales. Street address and telephone numbers are not required.
